Guacomole Recipe
4 ripe avocados
3 medium-small tomatoes
1 large vidalia onion
1 package fresh basil
sour cream, hot pepper flakes, garlic, salt and pepper to taste

- chop tomatoes and onions into chunks, whatever size desired
- mash avocado
- mix well, but not too much
- add extras. all proportions negotiable
